Current Openings

Production Assistant

Part Time/Full Time
Reports to: Head Brewer, Owners/CFO/COO, Operations Manager. 

Assists Head Brewer in production area in all aspects of brewing. Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting the head brewer with daily production activities
  • Cleaning tanks, parts, hoses and pumps
  • Operation keg washing machine
  • Product and ingredient inventory
  • Remain up to date on safety training, requirements and certifications.
  • Actively learn and become proficient at procedures for proper brewhouse and fermentation monitoring.
  • Communicate with other staff using appropriate applications (Slack).

Bartender/Server

Part Time
Reports to: Bar Manager, Owners/CFO/COO, Operations Manager. 

The bartender is the face of the brewery and the person that directly interacts with customers. They determine exactly what kind of experience the customer has. The position should have a good understanding of craft beer production and styles, and take an active role in learning how the GBC creates its product in order to properly relay that information to the customer.

  • Responsibilities Include:
    Start/end shifts on time
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment including:
    • Clean bar and surrounding area
    • Clean taproom
    • Clean outdoor areas
  • Hold all required serving and other certifications and licenses
  • Deal with customer feedback and complaints, relay to management as necessary
  • Be available for special events and festivals
  • Communicate with manager and brewery staff using appropriate application (Slack)

Kitchen Staff

Part Time
Reports to: Kitchen Manager. 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Prep Ingredients daily
  • Prepare and Cook Menu Items for taproom and carry out orders
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Communicate with front of house staff
  • Clean Dishes and Trays used for prep and serving
  • Clean and close kitchen daily in accordance with company procedure
  • Communicate with manager and brewery staff using appropriate application (Slack)
