Take One – Belgian Witbier

A lively Belgian Witbier, crafted as the brewer’s inaugural original recipe—hence the name. This unfiltered wheat beer pours a hazy golden straw color with a fluffy white head and a gentle effervescence. On the nose, it opens with classic Belgian yeast aromas—think soft clove and clove—complemented by a burst of bright, sweet orange citrus, thanks to the addition of orange peel and a subtle coriander spice. Light-bodied on the palate, with a silky mouthfeel and a crisp finish. The orange citrus notes shine through, offering a zesty tang that plays beautifully with the mild spice and wheat backbone. A delicate bitterness keeps it balanced, making it incredibly drinkable and ideal for warm weather or laid-back sipping.
