This experimental beer has a lot going on! Large amounts of lemon zest paired with the triple dry hop additions of Mandarina Bavaria, Huell Melon and Hallertau Blanc provide a vibrant citrus and spicy aroma. A rather light mouthfeel provides a solid backbone for the juniper additions. The finish is tart with notes of citrus and berries with a crisp and refreshing bite, thanks to the Kviek yeast.
